Garish Skittles or pretty Christmas lights?
Freakishly-formed action figures or just-realistic-enough rockers?

Well, song-wise, I prefer Rock Band. Equipment-wise, I prefer Guitar Hero.

Fortunately you're opinion only 1/2 matters - only the 1/2 that agrees with me is important.

I fully agree with this. Before now, I've only used Les Pauls with Rock Band and Rock Band 2, and I bought World Tour just for the new axe.

Whichever one includes Weird Al's Albuquerque first wins for me.

Ha that might be Rock Band. They do have Timmy and the Lords of the Underworld. I seriously cannot beat harder songs using the Rock Band guitar but easily win with the Guitar Hero guitar.
